Bloggers for Peace is growing so fast that we have created its own page. Thanks to the incredible web skills of Cheri Roberts, I am pleased to present to you the Bloggers4Peace web site. We also have two URLs–Bloggers4Peace.org and B4Peace.org. The new site is a static instructional site that will give people information about what we are all about. If you want to tell someone what Bloggers4Peace is about, just send them to the site or give them one of the URLs which are connected to the site.
All Monthly Peace Challenges and reblogs of peace posts will be published on everydaygurus. Keep tagging your posts B4Peace, but please pingback your peace posts to the about page of the new site (https://bloggers4peace.wordpress.com/about-b4peace/). We want to have an accurate count of all the bloggers who are involved. This static site will be a great way to keep track of all the posts. If you are participating in the Monthly Peace Challenges be sure to pingback to both the Bloggers4Peace site and the Monthly Peace Challenge page for that month on everydaygurus, so I can keep track of who gets a free t-shirt at the end of the year.
On the new site is also promotional material including Cheri’s brilliant “Water Closet Media” flyer. We are asking you to print this flyer and post in public restrooms using removable adhesive putty. If anything, it will make the next person smile which will increase the peace and goodwill in this world. They might even decide to check us out and join. Worst case scenario, it is a piece of paper in a public bathroom which is sometimes the most valuable gift anyone can receive.
Cheri also created a “media inquires” page. We want to have the infrastructure in place for when the general population finally gets the message.
I want to personally thank Cheri Roberts for all the work and creativity she donated to this cause. She is an incredible activist who truly thinks outside the box. {{{Hugs}}} to you, Cheri. If you like the new web site or any of the flyers, please give Cheri a visit on her blog and tell her thanks.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and/or smiling.
Please put any questions or suggestions in the comments. We are trying to manage Bloggers4Peace as best we can, and we appreciate your patience, support and insight.
